They raised a ticket to their tech team to look into this so will know in a few days. He/she tried to unlock on their side after little bit explaining from my side but it failed for them as well. I told this is a T-Mobile branded S8 exactly same as the one you get if I buy from T-Mobile. Contacted T-Force and they told to contact Samsung since they can unlock TMobile branded phones. I tried the device unlock app and it doesn't work, says device ineligible.
